Richard "Joe" Joseph OBrien, 84 formerly of Old Orchard Beach passed away peacefully at Seal Rock Health Care on March 12, 2020.

Joe worked as a Steel Worker for many years in southern Maine.

On July 17, 1965, he married, Margaret "Peggy" O'Donnell. Following their marriage they moved from South Portland to Old Orchard Beach. Joe was a parishioner and communicant of St. Margaret's Church in Old Orchard Beach for many years.

Richard was predeceased by his wife Peggy on January 18, 2017.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many grandnieces and grandnephews.

Burial will be at a later date in the family plot at St. Mary's Cemetery in Biddeford, where he will be laid to rest by his wife Margaret.
