Joshua D. Houde, 34, of Stafford, Virginia passed away March 17, 2017 in Old Orchard Beach Maine.  He was born in Brunswick, ME October 28, 1982 the son of Alfred and Patti Moeller Houde.

He attended schools in Virginia and was a proud player for the Northhampton Bruins Football team.

After high school, he served in the US Army. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Global War on Terror.  His deployments included Iraq and Kuwait.

After his service to his country, he returned to the states and had moved to Maine in February of 2017.

Joshua enjoyed New England sport, especially the Patriots and Red Sox.

He is survived by his parents Alfred's and Helen Houde of Stafford, Virginia and his wife Helen of Stafford, Virginia, a daughter Skyla Houde of Morgantown, West Virginia, 2 brothers Craig Tones of Stafford, Virginia and Evan R. Houde of Stafford, Virginia, a sister Kristina Dawn Barry of Ft. Mills, SC and several nieces and nephews.
