Old Orchard Beach, Gary J. Samson, 64, of Kenneth Road passed away Wednesday July 19, 2017 in Old Orchard BeachHe was born in Livermore Falls, June 8, 1953 the son of Raymond and Irene Samson and attended local schools and graduated from Jay High School.

Gary worked as a drummer, musician for many years traveling all over New England.

He also worked as a detailer for Hanson Plymouth Chrysler in South Portland.

He enjoyed sports which included the Red Sox and Celtics, antique cars, " Dad Jokes", music and coins.

Gary is survived by a son Aaron Samson of Portland, a brother Maurice Samson and wife Donna Stutts-Samson of Virginia Beach, Virginia, 3 sister Sue Samson Isrealson of Livermore Falls, Nancy Coombs of Jay, Valerie Samson-Deckard of South Portland, a sister in law Bonnie Samson,  2 grandchildren Devin and Ariella, and many nephew and nieces.
