Allen Foss, 91,of Old Orchard Beach, died October 15, 2016, Southern Maine health Care Facility in Biddeford.

He was born November 29, 1924, in Concord, Massachusetts, a son of Leon and Mary Parker, Foss.  He was educated in Concord schools.

Most of his adult working years, Mr. Foss was employed by the New England Shoe Industry Manufacturing Companies.

There are no known survivors except his best friend, Lawrence "Larry" Capdeville, of Old Orchard Beach.

There will be no visitation or public funeral.  Allen was cremated and his cremains will be disposed of in the Atlantic Ocean, in accordance with U S Coast Guard Regulations.
