Kimberly A. Picard

OLD ORCHARD BEACH—Kimberly A. Picard, 52, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2017.

Kim was born in Biddeford, February 13, 1965, the daughter of Natalie and Joseph Paul Picard.

She was educated in Old Orchard Beach schools.

Kim is survived by her mother, Natalie Picard of Old Orchard Beach; her brother, Lynn Picard; her Ex husband, Tom Thompson, of Old Orchard Beach; five daughters, Ashley Picard, 34, and Leah Rubin, 16, both of Old Orchard Beach,  Karley Sumner and Katlyn Picard of Wisconsin, and Morgan Kennie Picard,20, of Berwick;  two beautiful granddaughters, many family members and several lifetime friends.

Kim loved animals, especially cats.  She enjoyed reading love novels, cooking and having company. When she was younger, she loved painting her nails, doing her hair and getting dressed up.  She was known for her beauty inside and out.

Kim had a very non judgemental way about her and found making friends, easy.  She’ll be deeply missed by many, but mostly her strong, independent daughters who loved her unconditionally.

For those who personally know Kimberly. Her family would like to invite you to her Celebration of Life, at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the OLD ORCHARD BEACH FUNERAL HOME, 36 PORTLAND AVENUE, OLD ORCHARD BEACH, MAINE.

In lieu of flowers, Kim would want, those who desire, to donate to her Services to lessen a burden for her family, due to her unexpected passing on Christmas Eve.
